PEACE PARTNERS' VOLUNTEERING VACANCIES

​We are looking to expand our team of volunteers, who provide invaluable and essential support for the initiatives supported by Peace Partners. We would welcome expressions of interest in the following areas:

Trustees

We are looking to expand our trustee team to help grow the Charity.  Initially we have vacancies for a Finance Trustee, so for which an accountancy background would help, and a Trustee with a Project Management background.

Trustees are the individuals responsible for leading the charity and determining its  operational direction. They manage the organisation and are responsible for  ensuring its objectives are met. Although we encourage applications from anyone who feels they would make a good Trustee, we prioritise qualities such as passion, empathy, and good judgement. Previous board or Trustee experience is not obligatory; we value life experiences, volunteer work, community engagement, and enthusiasm as much as professional expertise and skills.

Partnership Manager

We need someone with experience in Networking, to help consolidate our relationships with current partners, and to expand the number of organisations with similar aims who might like to work alongside us.  Management skills would also help, since we look wish to expand the team to include individual volunteers to work with each of our growing number of partners.

Peace Education Outreach Team

We are looking for someone who has a knowledge of the The Prem Rawat Foundation Peace Education Programme, who can work with the developing teams across the country.  Someone used to designing and making presentations would find this role worthwhile. Website Administration

We are looking for someone with an enthusiasm for a more peaceful world, who has the time to commit and the relevant skills to assist the trustees and core team in developing, updating, and maintaining Peace Partners' website in accordance with the charity’s in-house content and style policies. The website is a strategic asset for the charity, and experience of 'Weebly' or similar popular website hosting platforms will be required.
