What have participants worldwide said about the Peace Education Programme?
Here is a small sample of testimonials from people in the UK and worldwide who have participated in, hosted or facilitated the Peace Education Programme.

From the UK

"In my experience, the Peace Education Program offers a unique and transformative journey to self-discovery and inner peace. It reveals the true essence of the human heart and ignites a profound sense of aliveness. And what the world really needs right now, is for more people to truly come alive."   Anthony Wade aka Dr. Voice

“Undertaking the program was a joyous and inspirational experience. The course contentwas wonderful and together with the periods ofreflection, led me to new understandings. These discoveries brought me closer to my own humanity. I remember the whole experience with deepest fondness."  Chris Johnson

“Excellent programme, I highly recommend it.”  Jacqueline  Angell Town Community Centre, Brixton.

“This is exactly the solution to the problem in our community.”  Mary  Angell Town Community Centre, Brixton

“If I had known about this when I was younger, I might never have ended up here.” prisoner HMP Thameside

"I realise that I have a gift which needs to be cherished, this realisation is empowering. Life is worth living!"  Recovery College participant

"Life is a miracle, breathing is a miracle. Take one day at a time, prepare for yourlife journey. Seek peace within, hold on to hope, know that within you is the strength to achieve your dreams. Be in the moment. Choose to be contented wherever you find yourself and know that you are blessed to be alive."  Recovery College participant

“The Peace Education Programme has been a very unique and valuable offering for our students, one of its kind in fact. I’ve observed students engaging in the programme’s workshops both virtually and in-person. The course promotes extensive critical thinking and non-judgmental discussion, as well as a chance for students to engage with subjects that they may not have the opportunity or time to discuss in the classroom, such as choice, understanding and clarity. I’m in full support of any further development or rollout this course receives in educational settings across the UK”  Student Experience Officer, Sixth Form College

“I’d been trying to fill this hole within me for so many years, and now I’m filling it with something positive, something wonderful. I was clinging to this Peace Education Program as if my life depended on it. I remember coming out of prison. I didn’t even know where I was sleeping that night, but I had the most important thing. I had myself on point, and that was worth more than anything else”  Bill Nanra, Former prisoner at HMP Leeds

Worldwide

"I was fortunate to attend many of the workshops and came away with tools that I believe will help me to tap that resource of inner peace that I know is there and within reach. I highly recommend this non-denominational, enlightening program to anyone and everyone interested in wanting to go on a journey of self-discovery"  Librarian, Sun City, South Africa

“The workshop topics inspired me to think, to evaluate and to reflect on how I have been managing my life during all these years of existence, to make changes and improvements”  Student, Bogota University

"Among all of the volunteer opportunities I researched, the Peace Education Programme caught my attention because it doesn't involve religious or political matters, so it can reach a bigger audience. And for the incredible principle of helping people find the path to their own inner peace"  Peace Education Programme volunteer, São Paulo, Brazil

“Well this Peace Education Programme has truly made an effective positive impact on my life. It has changed the way I think, because I was always thinking negative. It has basically given me a new approach towards each day that I am granted" Prisoner, Trinidad and Tobago
