The Peace Education Programme (PEP) is a media-based educational programme, created by The Prem Rawat Foundation (TPRF).The purpose is to help participants explore the possibility of personal peace and discover inner resources - innate tools for living such as inner strength.
"PEP has helped me really appreciate my life regardless of my circumstances" The Programme consists of 10 hours of workshop material focused on a selection of core themes from Prem Rawat’s international addresses. The themes are: Peace, Appreciation, Inner Strength, Self-Awareness, Clarity, Understanding, Dignity, Choice, Hope, and Contentment. Each session includes several video segments, times for reflection and accompanying reading material. There is a workbook for each participant. There are no tests, as the programme is about individual self-discovery - something that is unique for each person. PEP sessions can be held weekly over a 10 week period or arranged to suit the requirements of the hosting organisation. |

Watch a short video and see how Peace Partners changes livesHow can Peace Partners help?We provide support for those who wish to host the peace education workshops across the UK, helping participants to discover their own inner resources; innate tools for living such as inner strength, choice and hope, and the possibility of personal peace. We also provide advice and financial assistance to communities and organisations who wish to conduct a Peace Education Programme, as well as occasional training to course facilitators.
Peace Education Programmes in the UK have been met with great success, and we intend to facilitate 150% more programmes year on year until 2023. Who may be interested in participating in a Peace Education Programme workshop? The Peace Education Programme workshops attract a wide range of participants. They include activists and professionals engaged in conflict resolution; adults and young people; recovering victims of social marginalisation and many more; those who are touched by the unique connection between peace within and peace without, which the Peace Education sessions can highlight. Our focus is to promote Peace Education across more communities, to more educational facilities and eventually into public services.
