Shelagh's past experience of managing a successful company demonstrates her ability to plan, coordinate and channel the energies of a team towards achieving its goals. She especially enjoys leading creative projects and is also very comfortable working within a team. Her natural analytical skills enable her to quickly grasp the core needs of a project and lets her plot a course through any challenges. She likes to seek out information, ideas and insights to inform decisions. Shelagh has a good eye for spotting opportunities and solving problems.
